Instruction:

1. Synchronous adjustable cutting base
The change of cutting head is divided into three parts according to the diameter of the bottle: ⑴ 25-50mm ⑵ 50-95mm ⑶ 95-125mm. Within the range of specification, only blade needs changing and it’s rapid and convenient. By touching the people-controlling machine, it automatically searches and gets positioned. Within the range of effective refraction diameter, whether the bottle is round, square, or etc, the packing can be done on the same machine.When bottle/can is changed, case and material need changing with some simple adjustment in three minutes. In order to save the cost of operation, it uses low-cost abandoned blade for easy change.
2. Automatic double material-providing shelf:
The position of the shelf can be freely chosen. Two sets of material trays are used alternately. The inner diameter of paper tube ranges from 5” to 10” and can be adjusted. It is easy to load material on. It does not need watching when working. An alarm light is installed to ensure safety. No special film material is needed. Applicable thickness of film ranges from 0.035 to 0.13mm.

6. Bottle-carrying positioning system
Fixed belts are applied to transmit bottles and simultaneously adjust the
machine to control the highly sensitive screen operation with people controlling machine. After the label is cased, it is made smooth by the brushes. The operating speed of the fixed bottle-carrying belts can be controlled simultaneously with thatof the conveyer.

8. Colored people-controlling touch screen:
Breakdown and its related solutions are shown automatically on the screen. By touching the screen, the operation can be easily controlled.

10. Thermostatic electro thermal contracting engine
Microcomputer is used to control the machine at a constant temperature so that time and power is saved. The stove can be opened and cleaned during the production. Rolling stove is separated by glass fiber and the outer part does not radiate heat to ensure safety. Both temperature and wind power can be adjusted according to the height of conveyer. Rapid heating and thermostatic contracting characterize contracting stove.Either steaming or electro thermal power can be used to contract.
